Through the year we had a lot of exciting things happen in our class room, there was also some up’s and downs it class.

Any way we first started our blog in October 08. But now it’s June 09. That’s nine months of blogging. (Wow!)  Here’s a list of some things I remember!

Okay so there are some of the things I want to be when I grow up! Thats not all of them but there are some of them. I also what to be in the work that my dad does cause I think it is really cool.

Hey people! Okay you know how my friend Nic and I play soccer? Well today I am going to tell you a little story about the first time I met my friend Nic ! Well the first time we met it was at a soccer try out for our rep team. I knew he was knew and everything but then the next week I found out he was in my class! My teacher asked who wants to show him around the school I put my hand up right away! Some of my friends didn’t really know him but about four of them did because they also saw him at the soccer try outs.

A few weeks later we found out who made the rep team and luckly Nic and I bothh did! For about eight months we played on the same team and for now about ten months Nic and I have been really good friends.

The Stand

It’s big and everyone is looking at you while your at the stand. You sower on a bible.  You walk up. The first question is asked. “Did you murder that man”.You obviously say: “No didn’t ever know him”.  You are very nerves and you start sweating, Drip,Drip,Drip. Everyone is looking at you and you are try not to confess and then the lawyers say ” No more questions your honer”. You are relieved, and then the judge says “Please step down from the stand”

The Witnesses

Every time your in court they always is a witness. In court the witness says they saw what they did. Not all of them saw what they saw tho. For example, Your getting accused for harming someone and a witness said they saw you do it. If you did harm the person you know the story but in this case this witness said that you hurt the person physically and you think to your self, I didn’t even hurt him like that.  Sometimes the witness lies to get you to go to jail because maybe he/she doesn’t like you very much.

 The Judge

This role in court is very powerful and stressful. The thing that is stressful is you have to do is get everyone to calm down.You also have to keep peace in the court room. You also get to say what goes.

Court Clerk

The Court clerk is the assistant to the judge. He/she is to call order in the court. And if you have evidence you have to make a promiseto tell the truth. The Court Clerk makes the schedule such as he/she tells everyone when the court is and what time is starts.

The Court Office

The court officer is a big part in a court room. He makes sure everyone is safe. He brings the witness up and down from the stand. He is just like a police officer but he is responsible for the lives in the court room.

What is it like in a Canadian Court Room

Canadian court rooms are a lot different than American court rooms such as in a Canadian court room you are innocent until prov inguilty. In American court rooms you are guilty the whole way unless you are prov in innocent.

Hey teachers and students! A lot of you teachers have been wondering, “Is blogging better than pencil and paper?” So, I am right? Well I am here to answer that question. I would have to say, as a writer, blogging is a lot easier because in writing you have to make your letters neat, but in blogging all you have to do is press a button. Just think teachers… you would have a lot more time to do other stuff in your class. Blogging also  gives you a better connection with the world because you meet new people that live in other countries. I am just saying that students (and sometimes teachers) learn a lot about other countries through blogging.

Hey Everyone! Today I am going to write about my two favorite blogs.

Well I have been blogging since about October and I have seen a lot of blogs! But, my favorite blogs would have to be Nadstar’s blog and Nic’s soccer blog! I like these blogs so much because they don’t make me think about what they are talking about and they pick such good subjects to write about.

Ok There you go my two favorite blogs. 

First off, my New year’s resolution is to do better in school because it means a lot to my family to get good grades. Second, for New Year’s my friend and I stayed over at his house and played Call of Duty  World at War for about 3 hours. It was so much fun but we did die a lot.  Third, we watch the comedy network for 2 hours. It was hilarious! We also called a few friends to wish them a happy new year but not all of them answered. Most of them were out. So I wish everyone a happy 2009 Have fun and good luck!

 Wake up it’s Christmas! Christmas is my favorite holiday because I get to be with my family and friends. I also like Christmas because I get to play board games all day in my p.j s. It’s fun because you never know what time it is. Once we played once from 6:00 am till 12:00 midnight. It was so much fun but at 7:00 we stop play for a few minutes to have dinner. We have turkey, mash potatoes, yams, cauliflower and a bunch of other stuff and for desert my favorite my dad’s special truffle. It’s so tasty the whip cream the custard the fruit and the cake witch melts in you mouth. It’s so tasty how it melts every bit of the cake is delicious. The fruit brings the cake taste out. Oh I wish I could have it now. Okay so that is what my family does for Christmas. So leave a comment to tell what you and your family does for Christmas. Thanks Michael 

Have you ever wondered how it would feel to live in space?

Well, on the third of December we web casted a astronaut named Clay Anderson but before that we did a little research on living in space. Did you know they have to drink their own urine and sweat! Gross right, but it isn’t actually isn’t their urine and sweat. They reduce it into water.

 We also learned that astronauts have to  go to bed at 9:30 pm but they don’t exactly go to bed. What they do is they take pictures on the earth because it is so beautiful. It is hard for some astronauts because they have to leave their families. But we found out that they could use a satellite phone to call them every night and also did you know that they have a guitar and piano on board of the ISS ( International Space Station).

It would get kinda boring up in space sometime but did you know that Clay Anderson plays trivial pursuit with the people on earth?
